Privacy policy

This policy explains how Kveck AS processes personal data collected through kveck.no, and what rights you have. Kveck AS is the data controller for the processing described here.

Last updated 18 July 2026

1. Data controller

Kveck AS is the data controller for the processing of personal data described in this policy.

Kveck AS, company number 937 484 771.

Contact: hei@kveck.no

Address: Lillestrøm, Norway

2. Data protection officer

Kveck AS has not appointed a data protection officer. As a small business, we are not required to under the Norwegian Personal Data Act or GDPR Article 37.

For privacy questions, contact hei@kveck.no.

3. What data we collect

When you submit a demo form on kveck.no, we collect the following information:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Company number
  • Which product you are interested in (SøkTilskudd or SøkStøtte)
  • Any description you include with your request

We use no cookies for analytics or tracking. For anonymous, aggregated visitor statistics (number of visits, popular pages) we use Plausible Analytics — a privacy-friendly, EU-hosted tool. It is cookieless, stores no identifier in your browser and does not store your IP address, so the statistics cannot be tied to you as an individual (see sections 4 and 5).

For visitor statistics we process: page URL and path, referrer, approximate location (country/region/city), browser type and version, operating system and device type, and how far you scroll down the page (scroll depth, as a percentage). We do not receive any name, email or IP address through the statistics.

4. Purpose and legal basis

Purpose

We process your personal data to respond to your request to see a demonstration of our products, and to follow up on the conversation.

Legal basis

The processing is based on your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)). You give consent by ticking the consent box and submitting the form.

For follow-up conversations, processing may also be based on legitimate interest (article 6(1)(f)), our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries from potential customers, balanced against your privacy rights.

Visitor statistics (Plausible Analytics): The purpose is to understand how the site is used — number of visits and which pages are popular — in order to improve it. The legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR article 6(1)(f)). The statistics are cookieless and aggregated, and in our assessment do not require consent under the Norwegian Electronic Communications Act (ekomloven) section 3-15, which governs storing or accessing information on your device — Plausible does neither. You may object to this processing at any time under article 21.

5. Data processors and recipients

We use the following data processors who process personal data on behalf of Kveck AS:

  • Resend (resend.com), email delivery for notifications about new demo requests. Servers in the EU.
  • Vercel (vercel.com), hosting for the website. Servers in EU region.
  • Plausible Analytics (plausible.io), cookieless, aggregated visitor statistics. EU-based (company in Estonia); data is processed and stored in the EU.

We have signed data processing agreements with these vendors, or use standard terms that meet GDPR requirements.

We do not share personal data with other third parties.

6. Transfer to third countries

Resend, Vercel and Plausible process data within the EU/EEA. The bot protection on our forms runs server-side without third-party services. No transfers to third countries occur as part of the regular operation of kveck.no.

7. Retention

The demo request is sent as an email to hei@kveck.no. Emails are kept under normal email retention practices. You can at any time ask us to delete the correspondence by emailing the same address.

Logs from Vercel are kept according to Vercel's own policies.

Visitor statistics: the technical value used to distinguish visitors is reset automatically every 24 hours; only aggregated figures are retained.

8. Your rights

You have:

  • The right of access to the information we hold about you
  • The right to rectification of inaccurate information
  • The right to erasure (the right to be forgotten)
  • The right to restriction of processing
  • The right to data portability, to receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • The right to object to the processing
  • The right to withdraw your consent at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before

To exercise these rights, contact hei@kveck.no. We normally reply within 30 days.

9. Right to complain

If you believe we are processing your personal data in breach of the regulations, you have the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet). You'll find contact information and guidance at datatilsynet.no.

10. Voluntariness and automated decisions

Voluntariness

Submitting a demo form is voluntary. If you don't want to provide the information requested, you can instead email hei@kveck.no directly.

Automated decisions

Kveck AS does not use automated decisions or profiling that has legal effect or similarly significantly affects you, per GDPR article 22.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy if regulations, services or vendors change. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated.

We'll notify you separately about material changes that affect you, before they take effect.
