Who I am.
Senior product manager and certified AI Product Manager. Building Kveck with agent-driven tools. 12 years at the intersection of technology, business and leadership.
In practice that means taking strategy and making it concrete. Choosing what should actually happen now, what has to wait, and what shouldn't be started at all.
In many organisations I see the same pattern: the backlog is full and capacity feels stretched. People are working hard, but progress is still slow. In my experience that rarely comes down to capacity alone. The challenge often lies in how we make decisions before we commit. When the choices are clear and the assumptions are settled, the pace takes care of itself.
In recent years AI has become a natural part of my work. Not as hype, but as a tool and a responsibility. I care about how product management has to evolve when the basis for decisions changes, and about which choices we who build technology have a personal responsibility to make.
How I build Kveck
SøkTilskudd and SøkStøtte are built hands-on with agent-driven tools. Claude Code, Model Context Protocol (MCP) and SKILLS sit inside the development workflow itself. Several Claude models are orchestrated with deliberate cost/quality trade-offs per job type.
Governance is built in, not bolted on. Structured input isolation and security instructions against prompt injection. Rate limiting and secure cron authentication. Red teaming of generated responses. Inactivity-based deletion and GDPR routines. An evaluation framework with “golden queries” and few-shot examples from primary sources, to measure and ensure quality over time.
Practice first. Twelve years of product management goes straight into the product. What I learn along the way feeds straight back into workshops and advisory.
Background
Twelve years of experience in digital product development as a product manager, team lead and advisor. Background from both the public sector and the private sector, and from projects with strict requirements on stability, traceability and privacy.
